My purpose is to help clients find calm and order in the daily barrage of conflicting and confusing messages about health, wellness, dieting, exercise, and stress management. My approach blends supportive mindfulness, movement, and nutrition practice - my goal is to help my clients lead and live well!
Engaging and interactive presentations from 20 minutes to 2+ hours with actionable take-aways that will lead to measurable results. My learning objectives are to bring sense and understanding of whole life wellness from the inside out to as many as possible.
Bringing about positive motion towards whole life health by leading workshops and teaching mindfulness and lifestyle techniques for wellness focusing on a variety of topics including stress management, gut health, hormone balance, adrenal fatigue, weight control, and maximizing health by making lasting and effective lifestyle choices.
Leading private, corporate, and group sessions through all levels of practice with the intention of taking yoga from the mat into our everyday lives. As a 20+ year yogi and certified Yoga Alliance instructor, I share the joy of mind-body empowerment by leading welcoming, warm, and challenging group and private classes which bring well-being along with self-care to fellow yoga practitioners. All classes incorporate a blend of Vinyasa, Power, Flow, Ashtanga, breath work, and meditation with a background of interesting and inspiring music.
