Tamari Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Yield: 4 servings or lots of great garnish!
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp. tamari or wheat free soy sauce
Directions:
Toss seeds with tamari until all seeds coated. (For ease, leave in produce bag from store, and pour in Tamari –shake ‘til coated) Spread seeds on parchment lined baking sheet. Place in oven at 400 degrees and toast for 5 - 7 minutes until brown. Check half-way and toss as these will cook quickly and can burn easily. They should look dried and toasty and will start making popping sound when ready!
Store the seeds in an air-tight container in dark, cool pantry or the fridge for up to one month.
